Apple Warranty Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement, the Apple unit is shown in the table below and depends on where you live: for iPad devices with mobile coverage and iPhone devices, the warranty offers service coverage in the Countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. Outside of this region, service options may be limited outside of Apple control due to technical issues – information on iPad devices with mobile coverage and iPhone devices can be www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/ and www.apple.com/ipad/LTE/. A replacement part or product or a repaired Apple product supports the remaining warranty for the original Apple product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, longer coverage depending on your needs. If you submit a valid claim under this guarantee, Apple will be of its choice: apart from the rights of the consumers to which you are entitled, as stated at the beginning of this document, all guarantees, conditions and other conditions that are not specified in this warranty document are excluded from Apple`s limited warranty for one year. As a result, Apple does not make any other commitments, conditions or guarantees regarding the service that are not set out in this warranty document. If you do not have access to the Internet or if the Apple product is still not working properly after using these resources, please contact an Apple representative or, if so, an Apple retailer or an AASP, and you will help determine if your Apple product needs a service and, if so, tell you what warranty options Apple will provide. For more details on your rights to use the Software, please see the license agreement attached to the software. 2. If a service is required due to a failure of parts that are not original for the product or due to damage caused by abuse, abuse or an external cause, Apple reserves the right to return the product to you without waiting and may make you liable for the specified diagnostic costs. Apple is not responsible for damage to the product during the repair process, which is due to unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacement deliveries that are not made by Apple or an AASP. In the event of damage, Apple will seek your permission for the additional costs associated with completing the service, even if the product is covered by an AppleCare warranty or service plan. If you refuse permission, Apple can return your product without any liability in the damaged condition.

Below is online information with details of receiving the warranty service. The limitations of liability contained in this warranty document do not apply to (i) death or bodily harm under a mandatory product liability law; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a guilty breach of essential contractual obligations. An action for damages for breach of essential contractual obligations or gross negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the sales contract in question.
